Join GroupMe

We use GroupMe for ongoing team communication throughout the season. If you have not joined yet, please use the link below:

Sign Up for Volunteer for Table Duties

Club volunteers operate tables during games, and each team is responsible for providing two workers per game.

Depending on our assigned cap color, our table responsibilities will be:

Light Caps = Clock    Dark Caps = Books

We may coordinate with the opposing team to switch responsibilities if needed, but we must ensure our assigned duty is covered and we must have two volunteers at every game. Failure to provide table workers for every game will result in league fines.

Every family is asked to volunteer for 2–3 games during the season. No experience is required—training will be provided.

Please sign up here (there is a tab for each team): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xT0rSqlAG_CiAwa9f1f8YUPydKnZYGzckRLucPbFseA/edit?usp=drivesdk

Table Worker Training: The GWPL will host Table Operations Training on Saturday from 1:00–3:00 PM.

Parents are encouraged to attend. Training will include a live clock demonstration and instruction on how to operate the timing and scoring equipment so everyone feels prepared for their volunteer shift.
