Kyle began coaching for Norcross Water Polo in 2017 and is excited to be back for another season! Kyle started swimming at a very early age. He’s been a member of Swim Atlanta and Chattahoochee Gold year-round programs in addition to serving as head coach for the Youth, State, and Adult Roswell Rapids Swim Teams. Kyle got introduced to water polo with the UGA Men’s team. At that time, high school water polo was beginning to grow in Georgia and wasn’t offered at Roswell. He started playing with Dynamo in 2013. Meanwhile, he eventually became the captain at UGA, where his team won two Southeast Divisions Titles. Kyle is currently a member of Dynamo and Trout—the only two masters teams in the state. He has also played with teams in Florida, Washington DC, and San Francisco.
Harrison graduated from Norcross after winning the state championship for the program. He continued playing water polo throughout college. After college, he became a part time coach for the high school swim team for a couple of years as well as a coach at the YMCA before joining the polo staff. Outside the pool, he enjoys staying active by swimming or lifting weights and watching Georgia football or Braves games.
Mariana began her water polo career as a high school freshman in Miami, Florida. She went on to play at the University of Florida from 2015-2019, where she served as team Treasurer and Team President. She led the Gators to win the 2019 CWPA National Championship, with UF being the first team from the East to ever win the title! In 2020, Mariana moved to Atlanta and continues her 11 year career playing with Dynamo Masters. She plays in tournaments with both Dynamo and a team of Florida women calling themselves The Golden Girls. Her goal is to grow and expand water polo programs in the Southeast, starting with exposure to the sport in high school and middle school. Currently, she works for Delta as an IT Analyst and in her free time, she loves to read, cook new recipes and spend time with her family by the lake.
