Good Evening WAPO families,

Thank you to everyone who drove to Jonesboro and handled the driver's license policy and very warm conditions throughout the weekend! We really appreciate you!!  We are so proud of our Development team for playing 4 matches this weekend!!  They really battled with a 1-2-1 record this weekend.  Keep up the great work!!  Our Boys Team had one match and dominated with another win, which leaves them 4-0 so far this season.   With too many conflicts, the girls had to forfeit their match.  Please see all scores on the  Georgia Water Polo website. 

All our teams have a well-deserved break this coming Labor Day weekend with no scheduled matches.  Please continue to message coaches or your team GroupMe if you are unable to make it to practices.  

VOLUNTEERS: Thank you to all those that volunteered this weekend!  Please sign up to volunteer for the remaining matches at any time to secure your preferred spot.  You are welcome to volunteer for any of the team matches!

NEXT WEEK: There will be no practice scheduled on Monday, September 1st due to the Labor Day Holiday. West Gwinnett Aquatic Center will be closed for annual pool maintenance the entire week of September 1st, however, we are working on alternative practice options.  Please stay tuned for further information in the coming days! 

TEAM SHIRTS: Our second order for team shirts has been placed and shirts will arrive prior to our next matches. 

FUNDRAISER: We are looking for 2 volunteers to help coordinate a club fundraiser during the second half of our season.  Please message the board if you are interested in helping!
