FUNDRAISERS: We want to thank you for your support of our Chipotle Fundraiser a few weeks ago! Because you shared and supported our Water Polo Spirit Night, we raised $201.26! We have our next Spirit Night Opportunity TOMORROW at the Peachtree Corners Panda Express! Please share the flyer with family, friends, neighbors and on your socials!! 

• 9:30am - 10:30pm Panda Express Fundraiser (online code 3840346 for orders placed on order.pandaexpress.com or the Panda app. and physical Flyer Attached to take into the store and share with friends) 

WEEKEND PLAY:  we will be playing all matches at the Steve Lundquist Aquatic Center. Please BOOKMARK and refer to the official schedule for all match days and times. 

OPTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY: 

• SPLASHBALL: The GWPL will be hosting Splashball THIS WEEKEND on Sunday 8/24 3-4pm. Splashball is introductory water polo for kids ages 7-11. This is a great opportunity to grow the future of our sport in GA. Spread the word about Splashball! Please see details if you are interested:https://georgiawaterpololeague.com/splashball 
• EXHIBITION GAMES THIS WEEKEND: We are hosting USAWP athletes from Montgomery, AL for exhibition games this Saturday 8/23 with the goal of growing water polo in the Southeast Zone. Please let your coach know ASAP (and no later than practice tomorrow night) if you are interested in playing in some of these exhibition matches.  
•  CONCESSIONS: The GWPL will be selling breakfast (coffee as well!), lunch, refreshments and snacks on both Saturday and Sunday. Stay fueled on these long tournament days!
•  GWPL PHOTOGRAPHY: Photographs from the league photographers will be accessible in this folder each weekend which you all can access and utilize as you wish! Last week's photography is available now. (Note: these are not professional photos). Our professional photographer & team sponsor, Barry Kryski, will also work with us to take individual and team pictures during our season.  We will share more information as we schedule these dates.
